Siphiwe Moyo is an international keynote motivational speaker, business school lecturer and facilitator. In addition, he is the author of three books: namely Bulls and Bears, #StagnationMustFall and Via Midway. Siphiwe grew up in a small rural area called Orange Farm, towards the south of Johannesburg, in an informal settlement. Here, he learned so much about human behaviour. He’s more than a merely a motivational speaker and author. Siphiwe rose through the ranks of business to be head of learning and
development for more than three Johannesburg Stock Exchange-listed companies.
Siphiwe specialises in organisational culture, human performance improvement in addition to organisational behaviour. For the past 15 years, Siphiwe has been a human capital development specialist. He makes use of a systematic approach in order to improve the productivity, competence as well as performance of people. Siphiwe is the holder of an MBA qualification has been the chairperson of the South African Board of People Practices since 2011. In addition, he has completed an Executive Development Programme, a B Comm (Honours) in People Development as well as a Batchelor’s Degree (cum laude) in Human Resources.
Additionally, Siphiwe is the Past Chapter President of the Professional Speakers Association of Southern Africa (PSASA) and is a member of the prestigious Global Speakers Federation.
